Common Returns Questions
What's your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment. We’ll even let you take up to 14 days for furniture returns and 30 days for bath! The returned items must reach our warehouse within 14 calendar days from the time you receive the UPS return label to be eligible for a refund.
Note that all returned items must be undamaged, unused, unwashed, retain all original tags, and be in salable condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in the original intact packaging. For bath bundles, all items must be returned in order to be eligible for a refund. All returned bath items will be donated.
Once your return is received, we’ll process the refund minus a nominal $20 USD per rug, wall hangings and throws. For Bath, Doormats, Placemats, Glassware, Cushion Cases & Sealed Cushion Inserts the processing fee is $10 USD/item.
If you are an international customer or you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your return started. Please note If you are returning your rug from outside the US, you may be responsible for taxes and duties upon arrival in the US and to our warehouse. We are unable to estimate how much this might be, as prices will vary by country. If our warehouse is charged taxes and duties, these costs will be reflected in the refund amount.

How soon will I get my refund?
It takes approximately 14 business days for us to inspect and process your return once it's received at our warehouse. You'll receive a refund notification once the inspection and refund is processed. The restocking fee will be reflected in the refund amount.

What items can be returned?
All items with the exception of rug pads may be returned as long as they are not used and in salable condition. A $20 processing fee applies to each rug, wall hanging, and throw returned. A $10 processing fee is assessed for each product including Bath, Doormats, Placemats, Glassware, Cushion Cases & Sealed Cushion Inserts.
Cushion inserts may be returned so long as they remain in their original sealed packaging for hygienic reasons. A $10 processing fee applies to each insert.
What items cannot be returned?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on rug pads for hygienic reasons. The same policy applies for cushion inserts that are not in their original sealed packaging. Thank you for your understanding.
I received a system error message and am not able to process my return, what do I do?
